Description
An early 19th century pair of two-storey houses, numbered 10 and 12 South Feus, located at Upper Largo. Number 10 is three bays wide, while number 12 has two bays. The houses are constructed of painted whin rubble with contrasting long and short dressings, an eaves band, and a cornice. Both properties now have modern porches, and feature 12-pane glazing. Number 10 has a central front door and one blocked window above it. The roofs are slate, with straight skews and corniced stacks at the ends and centrally. Number 12 has an additional rear wing. The buildings are set within a group of buildings. The statutory address is Upper Largo 10 and 12 (Seafield) South Feus.
