Description

Seafield comprises an earlier 19th century pair of two-storey houses located at 10 and 12 South Feus, Upper Largo. Number 10 is a three-bay house and Number 12 is a two-bay house. The houses are constructed of painted whin rubble with contrasting long and short dressings, an eaves band and cornice. Both houses have modern porches and 12-pane glazing. Number 10 features a central door and one blocked window above. The roofs are slated with straight skews and corniced stacks at the ends and centre. Number 12 has an additional rear wing. The buildings are a group value. The statutory address is Upper Largo 10 and 12 (Seafield) South Feus.
