26 South Feus, Upper Largo

This is an early 19th century terrace of cottages originally comprising two three-bay units. Around 1970, an additional bay was added, along with a bowed west elevation. The cottages are constructed of whin rubble with ashlar dressings, with the later bay incorporating galleted whin rubble. Number 22 features a central panelled door and two later bipartites, along with two louvred dormers. Number 24 has a door on the left and one window to the right, with a bowed dormer above. Number 26 presents a door with two flanking windows, two bowed dormers to the left, and the 1970 addition containing three windows on a bowed west elevation, a return window and an owl finial. Each cottage has rear extensions. The roofs are slate, with end and axial stacks. Number 22, 24, and 26 South Feus are part of a group. The west bay was restored and added by L A Rolland and Partners.
