22 Raith Gardens, Kirkcaldy

22 Raith Gardens is an early 19th-century, two-storey, three-bay house with a rectangular plan and a piend roof, featuring single-storey wings. The exterior is constructed from stugged, squared, and snecked rubble, with ashlar dressings. It has a dividing band course and a concave moulded eaves course.

The principal elevation is symmetrical, featuring a broad doorway with a part-glazed, two-leaf, panelled timber door. There are windows in the flanking bays and three small windows on the first floor. Each of the single-storey wings has a window, although the one on the right is blocked.

On the east and west elevations, there is a small window in the centre at the first floor. The windows are timber sash and case with 6- and 12-pane glazing patterns, and the roof is covered with grey slates.
