Description

Early 19th century. Square-plan, classical pedimented pavilion to former Raith Walled Garden (see Notes). Droved ashlar with mutuled eaves cornice and stone slab roof.

SE ELEVATION: splayed, round-headed deeply chamfered arch with moulded stone in pediment above; deep-set, 2-leaf panelled timber door and flanking boundary walls.

BOUNDARY WALLS: render coped rubble boundary walls of former walled garden, breached in places. Large curved and battered buttresses to E; segmental-headed ashlar cart entrance to N.
