Description

Earlier 18th century. Rectangular-plan walled garden. Flat-coped rubble walls. stugged and margined ashlar dressings at doorways (2 at E and W walls, 1 at S).

N WALL: symmetrical lean-to buildings at N elevation, rubble masonry with slate roofs, bowed at left and right angles, modern porte-cochere loading bay at centre, various doors. S elevation is brick lined and flued, with rubble base incorporating a number of segmental arch-heads; ruinous glasshouse.
