Enterprise Rentals (Birell's Yard), Rosslyn Street, Kirkcaldy

Enterprise Rentals, located in Birell's Yard on Rosslyn Street in Kirkcaldy, is a symmetrical, single-storey workshop built in 1937, although it likely includes some earlier materials. The building features a harled exterior with crowstepped gables and a clay pantiled roof.

The front elevation faces west and showcases a central crowstepped gable that contains a tall carriage opening. Flanking this opening are eight windows, each with an 8-pane glazing pattern. On the north gable, there is a dated, moulded panel that reads 'ALEXANDER BIRRELL, SLATER & PLASTERER'. The rear elevation, facing east, includes a two-leaf boarded timber door alongside a panelled timber door. The chimney stacks are topped with clay cans.
