43 Craigkennochie Terrace, Burntisland

43 Craigkennochie Terrace in Burntisland is a house built in the late 19th century. It is a two-storey, three-bay structure featuring dressed ashlar and squared and snecked rubble, with polished raised long and short quoins, an eaves cornice, and a blocking course. The house has stone mullions.

The south elevation, which serves as the entrance, is symmetrical. At the center, there is a panelled door with a plate glass fanlight set in a round-headed doorway. This doorway is framed by an architraved doorcase that includes a keystone and a cornice above, supported by foliate consoles, with a window above. The flanking bays feature full-height canted windows topped with finialled gables.

The house has M-gabled roofs on both the east and west sides. The windows are fitted with plate glass glazing in uPVC frames. The roof is covered with grey slates, and there are cavetto coped ashlar gablehead stacks with moulded cans, as well as ashlar coped skews, skewputts, and finials.

The property is enclosed by low saddleback coped rubble boundary walls to the south.
