39 Craigkennochie Terrace, Burntisland

39 Craigkennochie Terrace in Burntisland is a semidetached building dating from the later to late 19th century. It is two stories high and has four bays. The central bay features a pediment, with gabled bays on either side topped with finials. The exterior is made of polished ashlar and squared and snecked rubble, with raised long and short quoins, a band course, and an eaves course. The building also has stop-chamfered arrises and stone mullions.

The south elevation, which is the entrance side, is symmetrical. It has a deep-set panelled door with a plate glass fanlight in the bays to the right and left of the centre. Above the door are windows with a blind pediment over them. The flanking bays feature full-height canted windows with an eaves cornice and a blocking course below the finialled gable.

The windows are timber sash and case with plate glass glazing. The roof is covered with grey slates, and there are coped ashlar stacks with some cans, as well as ashlar coped skews and finials.
