35 And 37 Craigkennochie Terrace, Burntisland

33 Craigkennochie Terrace in Burntisland is a semidetached pair of houses built in the later part of the 19th century. This two-storey building features a basement and has four bays. The exterior is made of polished ashlar and squared and snecked rubble, with raised long and short quoins, a band course, and an eaves course. The doorcases are architraved, and there are stone mullions.

The south elevation, which is the entrance side, is symmetrical. It has a deep-set panelled door with a plate glass fanlight, located in the bays to the right and left of the centre, along with windows above. These are flanked by full-height canted windows that have an eaves cornice and a blocking course below a gable topped with a finial.

The windows are timber sash and case, featuring 4-pane and plate glass glazing. The roof is covered with grey slates, and there are coped ashlar stacks with some cans, as well as ashlar coped skews, skewputts, and finials.

To the south, there are low saddleback coped rubble boundary walls.
