91 Kinghorn Road, Burntisland

89 Kinghorn Road in Burntisland is an early 19th-century, two-storey, three-bay pair of houses designed in a classical terrace style. The exterior is made of dressed ashlar and features a base course, eaves cornice, and blocking course. The windows are architraved, and there are cornices above the windows and doors.

The south elevation is symmetrical, with paired deep-set doors at the center that are surrounded by corniced, cavetto moulded surrounds. These doors are panelled and topped with three-pane fanlights. Flanking the doors are windows, and on the first floor, there are regular windows with canted piend-roofed dormer windows above to the right and left.

The north elevation is obscured at ground level, but it has a central projecting wing with windows to the east and west, and additional windows to the right and left in the main building.

The front features plate glass glazing on the first and second floors, while other windows have 12- and 16-pane glazing patterns, all made of timber in sash and case style. The roof is covered with grey slates, and there are coped ashlar stacks with cans and ashlar coped skews.

The property is enclosed by a low saddleback-coped boundary wall to the south and coped rubble boundary walls to the north, east, and west.
