Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey with attic, 3-bay, house (converted to flats) in classical terrace with concave moulded doorcase. Droved ashlar with raised margins, eaves cornice and blocking course, window and doorhead cornices at ground.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: centre deep-set door with plate glass fanlight and windows in flanking bays, regular windows at 1st floor. Rooflight above with adjacent smaller rooflight to right, splayed piend-roofed dormer windows to right and left.

N ELEVATION: ground floor obscured. Centre stair window with window to left, altered to right with small window and further window with adjacent glazed door to outer right; large rooflight at centre above.

Plate glass glazing with 12-pane glazing pattern to rear in timber sash and case windows, except modern top opening windows to W at rear. Grey slates. Coped ashlar stacks with cans and ashlar coped skews.

BOUNDARY WALLS: low saddleback-coped boundary wall to S, coped rubble walls to N, E and W.
