7-9 Kinghorn Road, Burntisland

7-9 Kinghorn Road is an early 19th century, two-storey small tenement located on sloping ground within an irregular terrace. The building features coursed and random rubble construction, with droved quoins and raised margins.

On the south elevation facing Kinghorn Road, there is a door to the right of the center, with a window to the outer right. To the left of the center, there is another door and a window to the outer left. The first floor has three regular windows.

The north elevation facing Cromwell Road has its first floor at street level, featuring a stone walkway leading to a part-glazed timber door with a two-leaf fanlight at the center, flanked by windows on either side. The first-floor windows are timber sash and case with four-pane glazing, while the ground floor has modern uPVC windows. The roof is covered with clay pantiles and has coped ashlar stacks and skews.

The boundary walls and railings include semicircular coping with arrowhead cast-iron railings to the south and coped rubble boundary walls to the north.
