Description
Early 19th century with 20th century addition. 2-storey with attic, small 3-bay tenement sited on falling ground in irregular terrace to E. Coursed and random rubble and harl, with droved quoins and raised margins.
S (KINGHORN ROAD) ELEVATION: symmetrical. Timber door at centre with windows in flanking bays and regular windows at 1st floor, flat-roofed timber dormer with windows to right and left spanning 3 bays.
N (CROMWELL ROAD) ELEVATION: 1st floor at street level with stone walkway to panelled door with letterbox fanlight at centre and windows in flanking bays.
W ELEVATION: 1st floor with door to left of centre, window at centre and small window to outer right, further small window to outer right at 1st floor.
Plate glass glazing in timber sash and case windows, modern top opening windows in dormer. Concrete pantiles. Broad gablehead stacks and ashlar coped skews.
BOUNDARY WALL AND RAILINGS: semicircular coping with arrowhead cast-iron railings to S and W, coped rubble boundary wall to N.
