10, 11, 12 Murray Place in Leslie is a mid-19th century, two-storey tenement with an attic and a rectangular plan featuring three bays and prominent end stacks. The building is constructed from squared and snecked whinstone, accented by contrasting ashlar long and short work quoins and margins, with coursed rubble on the sides and rear. Bull blocks are present at the northeast and northwest corners.

The main (east) elevation has three boarded doors at the center, each topped with a plate-glass letterbox fanlight, flanked by windows. The first floor features regular windows.

The south elevation is bordered to the east by a boundary wall and to the west by a flat-roofed garage that includes two first-floor windows and an additional window in the attic level of the gablehead.

On the north elevation, the exposed stonework of a former connecting building is visible, with later windows added at the first floor on the left and in the gable chimneyhead.

The west elevation features a central door with a stair window above, along with windows in the flanking bays and on the first floor. The principal elevations showcase a 12-pane glazing pattern in sash and case windows, while all other windows have been modernized. The roof is covered with grey slates, and the building has coped ashlar skews with square skewputts, as well as broad, coped ashlar gablehead stacks with some chimney cans.
