Pipe Band Hall, 67 East Leven Street, Burntisland

The Pipe Band Hall, located at 67 East Leven Street in Burntisland, was designed by R C Carpenter and built between 1850 and 1854. This single-storey hall has a rectangular plan and features seven bays. The exterior includes cusped windows with quatrefoils above and pointed arch hoodmoulded doors. The building is constructed from heavily dressed squared and snecked rubble, with random rubble, stone margins, and mullions.

On the north (entrance) elevation, there is a tripartite window at the center and to the right of center, along with a blocked tripartite window in the penultimate bay to the right. Timber doors are located at a lower level on both the outer right and outer left. To the left of center, there is a quadripartite window, and a bipartite window is positioned in the penultimate bay to the left. The hall features frosted plate glass glazing, grey slate roofing, and an ashlar coped stack and skews.
