Description
Capelrig House Arts Centre is a Georgian building located on Capelrig Road in Crookfur, Newton Mearns. It features two storeys and a basement, with a symmetrical main block that has a central balustrade. The front screen walls include niches, and the date "1769" is inscribed on the building. A two-storey southwest wing was added in 1913, which includes a new modern door in the southwest wall and a new staircase at the rear.
