Description

Limefield House is a Georgian building dating from 1804. It has two storeys with a garret and a basement, constructed of polished ashlar stone. The roof is piended and slated, with a platform on top. The front of the house features five bays, with the central three bays projecting and topped with a pediment. There is an impressive doorway with a fan-light and side-lights, framed by an entablature and engaged columns, which is accessed by a staircase.
