Description

50 and 54 High Street in Dunbar is a late 18th century, three-storey building with an attic and three bays, which has undergone some alterations. The ground floor features licensed premises and a shop front. The exterior is harled, with painted quoins and dressings. The windows are regularly spaced, although the glazing pattern has been altered.

At the rear, there is a projecting staircase wing with lower additions, which includes a bakehouse. The building has a slate roof with gable head stacks and plain coping. There are two flat-roofed dormer windows at the front, along with an earlier slated dormer at the rear.
