Description

This building, located at 70 High Street and 68 Dunbar, dates from the late 18th century and is a three-storey, three-bay tenement. It features a bull-nose rendered exterior with ashlar dressings. The ground floor has a late 19th century shop front and a pend to the left. The windows are plate glass sash with shutters. The roof is slate, and there is a brick stack. At the rear, there is a projecting red rubble gabled stair tower.
