Description

Earlier to mid 19th century. Symmetrical 3-bay, 2-storey and attic house, with considerable additions 1915, R Rowand Anderson's office. Rubble painted droved ashlar front and painted ashlar dressings.

N ELEVATION: projecting shop front with recessed central doorway. Marble base course. Timber frontage with plate glass windows; plain fascia. Canted, 3-light windows at 1st floor outer bays with moulded surrounds and cornice continuous with eaves cornice. 2 larger flat-roofed timber dormers with pediments. Smaller dormer at centre.

Flat-roofed extension at rear. Plain raised skews; gable head stacks. Slated roof. Small-pane glazing pattern.
