11 Dirleton Avenue, North Berwick

11 Dirleton Avenue is a semi-detached building from the late 19th century, consisting of a mirrored pair with later additions. The structure is made of squared, snecked rubble with droved ashlar dressings. The openings on the north side feature chamfered arrises.

Each house has two bays, with an advanced outer gable and a recessed gabled doorway bay next to it. The doorways have mitred angles and small lights above, leading to panelled doors. The centre bays have single light windows with canted full-height windows in the outer gabled bays, which are set back above ground and topped with fishscale half-pitched roofs. The sash and case windows have plate glass and 4-pane glazing. All gables are adorned with elaborate barge-boarding. The rear elevations are gabled and have contemporary additions, including a forestair added to number 13. The roofs are covered with purple slates and feature coped stacks.
