25-27 Craigkennochie Terrace, Burntisland

25-27 Craigkennochie Terrace is a semidetached pair of houses built in the later part of the 19th century, featuring minor alterations. The buildings are two stories high, with a basement and attic, and consist of four bays. They have three-story gables over the bays and concave moulded doorcases. The exterior is finished in polished ashlar and squared and snecked rubble, with raised long and short quoins, a band course, corniced window heads, and stone mullions.

The south elevation, which is the entrance side, is symmetrical. It has paired panelled doors with fanlights located in the central bays, and bipartite windows in the slightly advanced flanking bays. The fenestration is regular on the first and second floors, with a small slate-hung dormer positioned to the right of center.

The windows feature 4-pane and plate glass glazing in timber sash and case frames, although there is a modern aluminium window on the ground floor of the left side (No 27). The roofs are covered with grey slates, and there are coped ashlar stacks with some chimney cans, as well as ashlar coped skews, skewputts, and finials.

The boundary walls are low with saddleback coping and feature modern cast-iron railings to the south.
