Description

Circa 1800. 2-storey and basement, 3-bay farmhouse.

Random red sandstone rubble with painted ashlar

margins; eaves course.

ENTRANCE ELEVATION: corniced doorway with 2-leaf door

and decorative fanlight. Modern conservatory porch added

on rubble base, oversailing basement. 3 1st floor

windows and taller windows flanking door at ground.

REAR ELEVATION: 2 stair windows at centre with windows

at basement, ground and 1st floor outer bays; doorway

off-centre to left. Modern lean-to conservatory added.

4-pane glazing pattern to sash and case windows. Slate

piend roof with lead flashings. Broad ashlar end stacks.

Rubble boundary wall to garden by SE entrance elevation.
