Description

This is an early 19th-century single span bridge located over Gifford Water on Station Road in Gifford. It is constructed from rubble sandstone, which is squared for the parapet coping and the voussoirs. The bridge features a tall semi-circular arch that is supported by wrought-iron ties. Additionally, it has simple wrought-iron railings along the low parapet.
