Description

This bridge, located on Wykeham Lane, is likely from the early 19th century. It is constructed of chiselled sandstone and sandstone ashlar and features a single-span design. The round arch consists of voussoirs and is set beneath a raised band that connects rusticated piers. These piers extend through a plain coped parapet, which is panelled, and they have overhanging flat tops. At each end of the bridge, there are rusticated cylindrical piers topped with shallow domed caps.
