Description

The Bee Bole Wall, dating from the 18th century, features ashlar bee boles set into the random rubble garden walls of The Gardens, which are listed separately. The wall is raised from ground level by a corbel course and includes six large compartments with chamfered reveals and a cornice. This structure is located on the inside of the northern wall.
