Description

Early to earlier 19th century. Single storey, 3-bay, rectangula-plan, piend-roofed lodge with grouped centre stacks. Ashlar. Stop-chamfered doorpiece; architraved windows.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: symmetrical. Advanced gabled porch to centre with 2-leaf timber door and plate glass fanlight, windows in flanking bays.

E (MILNGAVIE ROAD) EVELVATION: single window to centre

Horizontal 10-pane glazing pattern in timber sash and case windows. Grey slates. Coped ashlar stacks with can. Deeply overhanging eaves.

BOUNDARY WALLS AND PIERS: coped ashlar boundary walls with pyramidally-coped square-section ashlar piers.
