Description

  1. 3-storey, 7-bay inter-war classical commercial property. Modern shop front to ground. Superimposed banded rusticated strip pilasters with blind cartouches to ends of upper floors; central plain strip pilasters with floral wreath carvings; band course at 1st floor; cornice; overhanging eaves with medallions; stepped central pediment.

E (MAIN) ELEVATION: divided into 3 main bays by strip pilasters; outer bays each have 4 windows (2 at 1st floor and 2 above) with broad cast-iron band between; central bay has 6 windows following same pattern. Pattern continues for 1 bay on left return.

W ELEVATION: 5-bay brick extension.

N & S ELEVATION: adjoining building.
