Description

Circa 1800 with later additions and alterations. Single storey and attic, 6-bay cottage and former bakery with 19th century canted, gabled dormers to attic and ridge stacks. Painted, rendered rubble painted ashlar margins. Raised window and door margins. 2-leaf timber-panelled front door; windows in 2 bays to right and 3 bays to left; timber boarded sliding door to outer left; 3 canted dormers and 1 gabled dormer with slate-hung sides to attic. Timber-boarded back door and irregular fenestration to rear. Gabled former bake house, with large late 20th century extensions and alterations to rear.

Predominantly 4-pane glazing in timber sash and case windows. Ashlar-coped skew. Corniced, rendered stacks with thack-stanes and yellow clay cans. Graded grey slate. Cast-iron rainwater goods.
