Description
This building is a two-storey, three-bay ashlar villa dating from around 1840. It features a central engaged Doric-columned doorpiece. To the left, there is an advanced bay with a canted window on the ground floor. The right side has a tripartite window arrangement, with single windows in architraves on the first floor. The villa is topped with a main cornice and blocking course, and it has a piended slate roof with paired Jacobean ridge stacks. The windows are sash and case style, retaining their original glazing pattern. In the garden, there is a curious free-standing pair of cast-iron electric light fittings.
