Description

Thoms and Wilkie, late 1920s. Asymmetrical 2-storey harled

and gabled house.

S elevation: 2 advanced gables with 2-storey 5-light bows,

ground floor transomed with rubble plinths. Linking verandah

fronts, door set between cross windows with 4-light dormer

over. Right section set back bipartites, 2 at ground floor,

1 breaking eaves.

Side elevations: piend-roofed dormers break eaves.

Canted bay to W. Main entrance to gabled N elevation.

Piended slate roofs with overhanging eaves. 3 stacks, tops

exposed brick, in slope of roof.
