Description
Mossbank Haa is an 18th-century, two-storey and attic house with three bays and asymmetrical design, featuring single-storey wings to the south. The walls are smooth rendered and whitewashed.
The north (principal) elevation is asymmetrical, showcasing a variety of windows at the ground level and a more regular arrangement of narrow windows on the first floor.
On the east gable, there is a gable from a former outbuilding with a centrally located door, which projects to the left of centre and connects to a gabled rear wing.
The west gable has a single window positioned to the right of centre, with a rubble wall extending to the right that encloses a courtyard. This wall is terminated to the south by a single-storey, three-bay, piend-roofed harled rubble outbuilding that has a lean-to at the northern end.
The south (rear) elevation features regular fenestration on the first floor. The house and the east wing have modern glazing and a grey tile roof, while the west wing has four-pane timber fixed-lights and a felted roof. The principal gables have harled apex stacks with stone copes and circular cans, and the south gable of the east wing has a harled apex stack with thackstanes and a circular can.
