Description
11-13 Princes Street in Dundee is a three-storey, three-bay office building constructed in 1841, with a four-storey section at the rear due to the slope of the ground. The building is made of snecked rubble. The ground floor features a shop front on Princes Street that has been altered. The west elevation facing Dens Street has two bays, while the rear is asymmetrical and rises four storeys towards the yard. The windows are 12-pane sash and case style. The roof is piended and covered with slate, featuring a ridge stack. There is a large wrought-iron gate located between the office and warehouse that faces Constable Street.
