2 Windsor Place, Magdalen Yard Road, Dundee

This is a two-storey, neo-classical terrace of six houses, dating from around 1835 to 1840. The buildings are constructed in ashlar stone, exhibiting a symmetrical design. Each house features a fluted Doric-columned portico. Windows are set within architraves. The end houses have three bays and feature a four-columned portico. The central houses are two-window wide, with single porticos to the recessed houses; the two central houses share a paired, four-columned portico. A continuous cornice runs along the top of the building, surmounted by a balustraded parapet. Chimney stacks are visible on the roof ridge. Number 1 has an attic with two dormers. Number 6 has a simpler, three-bay elevation facing Windsor Street, also with a balustraded parapet. The statutory address is 1-6 Windsor Place, inclusive.
