Description

Circa 1820. 3-storey, 3-bay terraced house. Coursed sandstone rubble, ashlar dressings, cement rendered ground floor, dry-dash gable and rear additions, slate roof. Pilastered angles and band course to ground floor, eaves course; margined 4-pane timber sash and case windows; ashlar-coped skews with skewblocks, rubble axial stacks, prominent modern roof vents.

FRONT ELEVATION: window to centre formed from door with pilastered and corniced doorpiece, window to left and right (formerly shop windows),

3 windows to 1st and 2nd floor.

LEFT RETURN ELEVATION: window to each floor at gable to right,

2 windows to each floor at gable to left.

REAR ELEVATION: prominent gabled wing with modern additions.

INTERIOR: not seen.
