Hermon Evangelical Church, 34, 36 South Tay Street, Dundee

Hermon Evangelical Church, located at 34 and 36 South Tay Street in Dundee, was remodeled in 1908 by William Gauldie. This two-storey church has a rectangular plan and features five bays. The exterior is harled with smooth dressings and a grey slate roof. It includes a cill band and a corniced frieze at the first floor, a corniced wallhead, pilastered bays, and wide angle pilasters that are paired at the first floor. The large architraved windows have tripartite timber frames on the ground floor and multi-pane designs on the first floor, with some top-hopper openings.

On the front elevation, there is a panelled door at the center, flanked by two windows on the left and one window on the right. A door, styled similarly to the windows, is located at the far right. The first floor features a keystoned window with a segmental pediment at the center, with two additional windows on either side. The interior has not been seen.
