Description

William Alexander, 1872.

Diminutive rectangular plan church, snecked rubble with ashlar dressings. Aisle-less within, but "nave and aisle" treatment to mid-pointed W front. Stepped pinnacled buttresses flank central 3-light geometrical window with hoodmoulded double chamfer over laterally-entered porch with central finialled gablet over 2-light window. Single-light cusped and hoodmoulded windows with sculptured label stops to sides. Cathedral glazing diagonal buttresses at angles. Flanks plain rubble with simple lancets, modern glazing.

Simple 3-bay E gable, original cathedral pane glazing to W front. Slate roof.
