Description

Later 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 2-bay simple rectangular-plan house facing seafront. Grey squared and snecked bleached whinstone; red sandstone ashlar dressings. Cill course to 1st floor windows; moulded surrounds to openings.

N (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: entrance to outer left; block pediment pilastered doorpiece; foliated tympanum; replacement door; letterbox fanlight; single window aligned above at 1st floor. Bipartite window at ground to outer right; single window at 1st floor; gablehead dormer to roof with exposed rafters.

Plate glass timber sash and case windows; single window to dormer; Velux rooflight. Grey slate roof; stone skews; coped gablehead stack to outer right; circular cans. Cast-iron rainwater goods.

INTERIOR: not seen 1997.
