Description
The building is a former coal store from after 1848, located at a brick and tile works in Terally. It is a single-storey structure with a rectangular plan, built of rubble with red brick quoins and margins. The roof is piended, covered with grey slates and concrete ridging.
On the east elevation, which faces Terally Bay, there is a machinery door with a timber lintel at the center, flanked by blocked window openings on both sides. The west elevation, which faces the A716, features six window openings. The north and south elevations are blank. The building also has three rooflights on the east pitch, two on the west pitch, and one on the south pitch.
