Description
27 St Cuthbert Street in Kirkcudbright is an earlier 19th-century corner block that serves as both a terraced house and an office. The building stands three stories tall and features three bays facing St Cuthbert's Street and two bays on St Mary's Street. It has a painted render finish with margins and rusticated quoins on the right side. On St Cuthbert's Street, there is a door on the right with two bipartite windows to the left, and a pend at the extreme left. The first floor has three windows, and there are three wallhead gabled dormers above. The fenestration is irregular, and the building is topped with a castellated parapet at the angle and a slate roof.
