Description

Earlier 19th century. Corner block, terraced house and office. 3-storeys, 3-bays to St Cuthbert's Street, 2 to St Mary's Street. Painted render and margins, rusticated quoins at right. St Cuthbert's Street: door at right with 2 bipartites to left, pend at extreme left, 3 windows in 1st floor, 3 wallhead, gabled dormers. Irregular fenestration. Castellated parapet at angle. Slate roof.
