Description

1 Castle Street in Kirkcudbright is an early 19th-century corner building that serves as an end terrace house. It stands two stories tall and features two bays facing Castle Street and two bays facing St Cuthbert's Street. The exterior is finished with painted, lined render and has rusticated angle quoins. There is a door on the left side and an enlarged window to the right. On the first floor, there are two windows fitted with plate glass sashes. The building is topped with a modern tile roof.
