Description
27 St Mary Street is a terraced house dating from around 1860. It is two storeys high and has three bays. The exterior is made of rock-faced sandstone with polished sandstone dressings. The entrance features a centrally located pilastered door, flanked by bipartite windows. On the first floor, there is a central window, also flanked by bipartites, all of which have astragals. The house has corniced ridge stacks and a slate roof.
