Description
23 St Cuthbert Street is an early 19th century terraced house and shop. The building has two storeys and an attic, featuring two bays. It is constructed of painted rubble with margins. There is a door on the right side, which shares a pend with No 25. To the left, there is a pilastered shop front that includes a fascia and cornice. The first floor has two windows fitted with plate glass sashes. At the top, there are two tall wallhead, piended, canted dormers. The roof is covered with slate.
