Description

9 St Cuthbert Street is an early 19th century terraced house and shop. The building is two storeys high with an attic and features two bays. It has a painted, lined render with margins. The modern shop front retains four cast-iron colonnettes, with the left one shared with No 5. On the first floor, there are two windows with late glass sashes. The roof is slate, with two piended, canted dormers and end stacks.
