Description

38 St Cuthbert Street is an early 19th-century terraced house. It has two storeys and an attic, with two bays. The building features a combination of rubble and ashlar margins. There is a door on the left side, with one window to the right and two windows on the first floor, all fitted with plate glass sashes. A modern dormer is present on the roof, which is covered in slate. The stack on the right has been rebuilt, while the pend is shared with No 4.
