Description
40-40A St Cuthbert Street is an early 19th century terraced house that stands two storeys high with an attic and features two bays. The building is constructed of painted ashlar with margins. On the right side, there is a door with a fanlight, while to the left, there is another door and a modern shop window. The first floor has two windows fitted with plate glass sashes. There are also two modern dormers on the roof, which is covered with slate. A stack is located on the left side, while the one on the right has been rebuilt.
