Description
14 St Cuthbert Street is an early 19th-century terraced house and shop. The building is two storeys high with an attic and has two bays. It features painted render on the exterior. The ground floor includes a shop with outer pilasters and shares a pend with the adjacent properties at No 10 and 12. On the first floor, there are two windows fitted with plate glass sashes. The roof is slate, with two large piended wallhead dormers and end stacks, one of which has been rebuilt. A revision in 1991 introduced modern two-pane glazing.
