Early 19th century. Terraced house and shop. 2-storeys and attic 2-bays. Painted rubble and margins. Pilastered shop at ground with fascia, cornice and iron cresting, consoles and pilasters. Pend at right shared with No 21. 2 windows in 1st floor with 4-pane glazing. Slate roof.
