Description
17-19 St Cuthbert Street is an early 19th-century terraced house and shop. The building has two storeys and an attic, featuring two bays. It is constructed of painted rubble with margins. The ground floor includes a pilastered shop front that has a fascia, cornice, iron cresting, consoles, and pilasters. There is a pend on the right side that is shared with No 21. The first floor has two windows with 4-pane glazing, and the roof is made of slate.
