Description

Mid to later 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay house in terrace. Squared and snecked stone with red sandstone ashlar dressings and quoins to right. Round-arched and keystoned door at centre with 2-leaf panelled doors and plate glass fanlight. Round-arched and keystoned bipartite windows flanking at ground (ashlar mullions) with plate glass sash and case windwos. 1st floor windows breaking eaves in Jacobean style dormerheads, with finials and skewputts; modern glazing. 2-storey rear bay with stack, small flat-roofed extension. Brick detail to rear window surrounds and quoins, 2 large rooflights. Graded grey slates. Mutual gable stacks with brick dressings and cans; ashlar coped skew to left. Cast-iron rain water goods.
